The Boost Juice Story

Back in 2000, Boost Juice was born in Australia. The idea was brilliantly simple: make healthy living both tasty and fun.

Today, the world can’t get enough of Boost Juice. The brand’s winning combination of fresh fruit, blended and squeezed into delicious smoothies and juices, has been a remarkable success story.

Boost Juice is now one of our most popular and loved juice and smoothie brands, with over 300 stores in Australian and another 200+ stores globally... and counting.


Boost from the beginning.

Dr Soraya is Malaysian and became a fan of Australian brand Boost Juice and its iconic Smoothies & Juices when she lived and worked in Melbourne. As she explains: “I believed the time was right to bring Boost to Malaysia. Malaysian customers were opting for healthier, fresh alternatives and I wanted to contribute to a healthier Malaysia”.

Soraya quit the corporate world and her high flying management consultancy job to return to Malaysia to start her own business.

For Soraya is was never just about making money: “I also wanted to give something back to society (Boost supports a number of charities in the region), create jobs, help create the next generation of entrepreneurs and prove that women could make successful entrepreneurs”.

“The vision was simple: every customer will leave a Boost Juice store feeling just that little bit better.”

Her courage and entrepreneurial spirit have been vindicated. Since opening the first store in Malaysia in June 2009, Soraya has expanded Boost to more than 150 stores in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei and has now started expanding in Indonesia and Thailand.

Boost Juice has come a long way from its humble beginnings. But one thing hasn’t changed – our commitment to health, fun and loving life.

As Soraya explains, ‘If we can help people eat more fruit and veg by making them taste great, that’s fantastic. But we’re not just here to give customers great tasting smoothies and juices. We also want to share our energy, passion and ‘love life’ ethos through an inspirational in-store experience.

Loving life is our mantra. It infuses everything we do. And as we continue to innovate and grow, we do so not to change the world, but to make our customers feel just that little bit better’.
